A simple noodle recipe that is so much more exciting. With only 15 minutes and 8 ingredients, you can have a quick and easy dinner!
I had a friend who was a vegetarian, and she always had the hardest time finding good recipes. She would often complain that vegetarian dishes were bland and boring. One day, I decided to make her a noodle dish that was both flavorful and satisfying.

Ingredients
  • 1 package (8 ounces) of noodles
  • 1 cup of vegetables (such as broccoli, carrots, and onions)
  • 1/2 cup of tofu, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to the package directions.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the vegetables and tofu to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and salt.
  5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Add the noodles to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Cook for an additional minute, or until the noodles are heated through.
  8. Serve immediately.
