Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced plums, honey or maple syrup, and ground cardamom. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond flour, chopped pecans, melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
  4. Spread the almond flour mixture over the plum mixture in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the plums are bubbling.
