  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 8 ounces halloumi cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
Instructions

  3. Add the parsley, mint, feta, pomegranate seeds, and halloumi to the skillet.
