Ingredients
  • 1 whole-wheat pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grilled zucchini
  • 1/2 cup grilled bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup grilled mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Spread tomato sauce evenly over pizza crust.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over tomato sauce.
  4. Arrange grilled vegetables on top of cheese.
  5. Sprinkle red onion and basil over vegetables.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
