  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter , cold and cut into small pieces
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the apples, cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves. Toss to coat.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pie crust to a 12-inch circle. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet.
