1 3/4 cups (218g) semolina flour
1 1/2 cups (300g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup (240ml) olive oil
1 cup (240ml) orange juice
4 large eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the semolina flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, orange juice, and eggs.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
