  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 pound cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Oil the baking sheet.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
  3. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  5. Spread the cremini mushrooms and baby spinach leaves over the dough.
  6. Drizzle with truffle oil.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
