Berry and Ricotta Panna Cotta
Berry and ricotta panna cotta is a light and refreshing dessert that's perfect for summer. It's made with fresh berries, ricotta cheese, and a touch of honey. The panna cotta is creamy and smooth, with a slightly tangy flavor from the ricotta cheese. The berries add a pop of sweetness and color, and the honey adds a touch of richness. This dessert is easy to make and can be prepared ahead of time, making it a great option for busy weeknights or weekend gatherings.
