Marinated Feta with Olives and Herbs
This marinated feta with olives and herbs is a quick and easy way to add flavor to your next party platter. The feta is marinated in a flavorful blend of olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. After at least 2 hours of marinating, the feta is ready to be served. You can slice it into cubes and arrange it on a platter with olives, or you can crumble it over a salad or pasta dish.
I first had this marinated feta at a party a few years ago. I was immediately hooked on its flavorful and creamy texture. I asked the host for the recipe, and she was kind enough to share it with me. I've been making it ever since, and it's always a hit with my friends and family. I've also experimented with different variations of the recipe, such as using different types of olives or herbs. The possibilities are endless!
