Ingredients
12 artichokes
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup minced garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Cut off the stems of the artichokes and trim the leaves to create a flat bottom.
Remove the fuzzy choke from the center of each artichoke.
In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
