Ingredients

  • boiled potatoes
  • yellow peas
  • tomatoes

  • green chilies

Instructions
  1. To make the bhelpuri, combine the puffed rice, chopped tomatoes, onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves in a large bowl.

  3. To make the ragda, soak the yellow peas overnight.
  4. In the morning, pressure cook the peas until soft.
  5. Mash the peas and add them to a pan.

  9. Form the potato mixture into small patties and shallow fry them until golden brown.
