Ingredients
  • Semolina flour
  • Yogurt
  • Potatoes

Instructions
  1. Make a dough with semolina flour and water.
  2. Roll out the dough into thin circles and deep fry them until crispy.
  3. Boil the potatoes and chickpeas until tender.
  4. Mash the potatoes and chickpeas and add green chili pepper, ginger, cumin seeds, and coriander leaves.
  5. Whisk the yogurt until smooth.
  6. Fill the crispy semolina shells with the potato and chickpea mixture.
  7. Top with yogurt and your favorite chutneys and spices.
