Ingredients
  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
  • 2 tbsp almond butter

Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend dates until they form a sticky paste.
  2. Add almonds, cacao nibs, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor. Pulse until well combined.
  3. Using your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
