Ingredients
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon harissa paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, harissa paste, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and browned.
  5. Serve immediately.
