Spicy Harissa Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon harissa paste
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, harissa paste, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Toss to coat.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and browned.
- Serve immediately.
