Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the oats, mashed banana, maple syrup, almond butter, cranberries, walnuts, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  4. Stir until well combined.
  5. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown and set.
  7. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
