Ingredients
- 14-ounce package of paneer cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the paneer cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Toss to coat the paneer evenly.
- Spread the paneer in a single layer on a baking sheet.
