Ingredients
  • 14-ounce package of paneer cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the paneer cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  3. Toss to coat the paneer evenly.
  4. Spread the paneer in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the paneer is golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite chutney or raita.
