Zucchini and feta fritters are a classic Greek dish that has been enjoyed for centuries. They're typically made with fresh zucchini, feta cheese, and herbs, and they're fried until golden brown. While the traditional recipe is delicious, we've made a few modifications to make it even better. First, we've baked the fritters instead of frying them, which makes them healthier and easier to make. Second, we've added some fresh dill to the batter, which gives them a bright and herbaceous flavor. The result is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or side dish that everyone will love.
