Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound potatoes, peeled and cubed
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the cumin, mustard, and fennel seeds and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in the turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
  4. Add the potatoes and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. Add the cauliflower and cook until softened, about 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in the achar and cook until heated through.
