Ingredients
  • whole wheat flour
  • ghee
  • paneer
  • turmeric
  • coriander powder
  • salt
  • water
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the flour and ghee and rub them together until the mixture resembles bread crumbs.
  2. Add the water and knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into circles.
  4. In a bowl, mash the paneer and add the turmeric, coriander powder, and salt.
  5. Place a spoonful of the paneer mixture in the center of each circle and fold the dough over the filling.
  6. Heat a griddle or tava and cook the parathas on both sides until golden brown.
