The avocado crema is made with mashed avocado, sour cream, lime juice, and cilantro, and it adds a creamy richness to the tacos. Serve these tacos with your favorite toppings, such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
I first came up with this recipe when I was looking for a way to make a healthier version of my favorite Mexican dish, tacos. I had always loved the flavor of tacos, but I was looking for a way to make them without all of the meat and cheese. I experimented with different vegetables, and I finally settled on cauliflower. Cauliflower has a mild flavor that takes on the flavor of whatever spices you add to it, and it roasts beautifully in the oven. The avocado crema is a great way to add some creaminess and richness to the tacos, and it also helps to balance out the heat of the spices.
