Ingredients
1 cup matki (moth beans)
1/2 cup moong dal (split yellow lentils)
1/2 cup chana dal (Bengal gram dal)
2 potatoes
1/2 onion
2 tomatoes
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
Instructions
Soak the matki, moong dal, and chana dal in water for 4-5 hours.
Drain the lentils and sprouts and pressure cook them with 3 cups of water for 3 whistles.
Peel and cube the potatoes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.
