Ingredients
  • Extra-firm tempeh
  • Coconut aminos
  • Tamari
  • Maple syrup
  • Rice vinegar
  • Sesame oil
  • Fresh ginger
  • Garlic
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut tempeh into strips or cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, tamari, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  4. Add tempeh to the marinade and toss to coat.
  5. Spread tempeh on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
