Tempeh Teriyaki Temptation

Ingredients
- Extra-firm tempeh
- Coconut aminos
- Tamari
- Maple syrup
- Rice vinegar
- Sesame oil
- Fresh ginger
- Garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut tempeh into strips or cubes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, tamari, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Add tempeh to the marinade and toss to coat.
- Spread tempeh on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
