The creamy softness of coconut milk provides the perfect backdrop for the bright flavors of strawberries and banana. Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender in the order listed.
  2. Start blending on low and gradually increase to the highest setting.
  3. Continue blending for 1-2 minutes, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed, until smooth and creamy like soft-serve ice cream
  4. Serve immediately for the soft-serve consistency or freeze for a few hours to firm up.
