Tofu and veggie teriyaki bowls are a quick and easy way to get your weeknight dinner on the table. The tofu is marinated in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce, then pan-fried until crispy. The vegetables are roasted until tender and slightly caramelized. Serve the tofu and vegetables over rice with the remaining teriyaki sauce. You can add a side of your favorite dipping sauce, such as soy sauce or Sriracha.
Teriyaki bowls are a popular Japanese dish that is typically made with chicken or beef. However, tofu is a great substitute for meat in this dish, as it is high in protein and low in fat. The tofu is first marinated in a teriyaki sauce, which gives it a sweet and savory flavor. The vegetables are roasted until tender and slightly caramelized, which adds a bit of sweetness and crunch to the dish. The tofu and vegetables are then served over rice with the remaining teriyaki sauce. This dish is a great way to get your vegetables in, and it is also a good source of protein. It is also a relatively quick and easy dish to make, which makes it a great option for weeknight dinners.
