I've always been a fan of burrito bowls, but I've never been a fan of the traditional fillings. I'm not a big fan of rice, and I'm not a fan of beans. So I started experimenting with different fillings, and I came up with this recipe for black bean and sweet potato burrito bowls. I love the combination of the sweet potatoes and the black beans, and I think the red onion, cilantro, and tomatoes add a great flavor and texture. I also love that this recipe is so easy to customize. You can add or remove any ingredients you like, and you can make it as spicy or as mild as you want. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!
