- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 4 slices smoked vegan lox

- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
- Lemon wedges for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Toast the bagel slightly.
- Spread the vegan cream cheese evenly onto the bagel.
- Arrange the avocado slices in a single layer on top of the cream cheese.
- Gently place the smoked vegan lox slices over the avocado.
