  • 1 whole-grain bagel
  • 1 tablespoon vegan cream cheese
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 4 slices smoked vegan lox
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for garnish (optional)
Instructions
  1. Toast the bagel slightly.
  2. Spread the vegan cream cheese evenly onto the bagel.
  3. Arrange the avocado slices in a single layer on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Gently place the smoked vegan lox slices over the avocado.
  5. Sprinkle the capers and red onion on top.
