I first came up with this recipe when I was looking for a healthy and delicious appetizer to serve at a party. I had some white beans and avocados on hand, and I thought they would be a great combination. I added some lemon juice, herbs, and spices, and the result was a creamy and flavorful dip that everyone loved. I've been making this dip ever since, and it's always a hit. It's the perfect party appetizer or healthy snack, and it's so easy to make.
