Spanakopita is a traditional Greek dish that is made with spinach and feta cheese. The dish is believed to have originated in the Peloponnese region of Greece, and has been a popular dish for centuries. The word spanakopita comes from the Greek words spanaki, which means spinach, and pita, which means pie. Spanakopita is typically made with a filling of spinach, feta cheese, onion, and parsley, which is wrapped in phyllo dough. The pie is then baked until golden brown and crispy. Spanakopita can be served as an appetizer or main course, and is often paired with a side of Greek salad or yogurt sauce. Spanakopita rolls are a variation on the traditional spanakopita recipe. The rolls are made with the same filling as spanakopita, but they are wrapped in individual rolls of phyllo dough. This makes them easier to eat and serve, and they are also a great option for parties or get-togethers.
