The inspiration for this recipe came to me one day when I was browsing the farmers market. I saw some beautiful grapes and red onions, and I immediately started thinking about how I could use them in a salad. I also had some leftover quinoa in my fridge, so I decided to add that to the mix. The result was this delicious and refreshing salad that is now one of my favorites. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
