Ingredients
  • 1 cup grape leaves
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspices
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Rinse grape leaves and drain.
  3. In a bowl, combine rice, onion, parsley, mint, cilantro, cinnamon, and allspices.
  4. Place 1 tablespoon of rice mixture in the center of each grape leaf.
  5. Fold grape leaves around the rice mixture, tucking in the sides.
  6. Place stuffed grape leaves in a single layer in a baking dish.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until tender.
  8. Serve warm.
