Ingredients
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup phyllo dough, thawed
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, feta cheese, onion, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the phyllo dough into 12 squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to form a triangle.
  6. Brush the triangles with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm.
