Ingredients
1 package (10 ounces) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup phyllo dough, thawed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine the spinach, feta cheese, onion, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Cut the phyllo dough into 12 squares.
Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each square.
Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to form a triangle.
Brush the triangles with olive oil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
