Kale and Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Rinse the quinoa in a fine mesh sieve.
  2. Cook the quinoa according to package directions.

  4. Combine the cooked quinoa, vegetables, cilantro, olive oil, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
