Ingredients
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the oats, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cacao powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir until well combined.
  5. Spread the granola mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
