Chhole Bhature is a classic North Indian dish made with chickpeas in a flavorful curry and served with fluffy fried bread. This recipe uses a blend of spices to create a delicious and authentic dish that is perfect for a hearty meal.

Ingredients
1 cup dried chickpeas
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Instructions
Soak the chickpeas overnight.
Drain the chickpeas and rinse them.
In a pressure cooker, add the chickpeas, onion, tomato, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and 3 cups of water.
Cook the chickpeas for 30 minutes on high pressure.
Once the pressure has been released, mash the chickpeas with a potato masher.
Add salt to taste and simmer for 15 minutes.
To make the bhature, combine flour, salt, and yogurt in a bowl.
