Kale and Turkey Meatballs
These meatballs are a healthy and flavorful way to get your daily dose of kale. They're made with ground turkey, chopped kale, onion, parsley, almond flour, olive oil, salt, and pepper. The meatballs are baked in the oven until cooked through and can be served with your favorite dipping sauce.
I first came up with this recipe when I was trying to find a way to use up some leftover kale. I had already made a batch of kale salad, but I wanted to find another way to enjoy this leafy green. I decided to try making meatballs with kale, and the results were amazing! The meatballs were moist and flavorful, and the kale added a nice pop of color and nutrition. I've been making these meatballs ever since, and they're always a hit with my family and friends.
