I've been working on this recipe for a while now, and I'm finally happy with the results. I wanted to create a breakfast burrito that was both healthy and delicious, and that would also be easy to make. I started with a base of sweet potato, which is a good source of thyroid-boosting nutrients. Then I added eggs and cheese for protein and healthy fats. Finally, I added bell pepper and onion for flavor and crunch. The result is a breakfast burrito that is both satisfying and nutritious.
