Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Add the vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the chicken and vegetables in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
