I've always been a fan of burritos, but I've never been a fan of the traditional ingredients. I don't like the heavy use of cheese and sour cream, and I'm not a big fan of ground beef. So I decided to create my own version of a burrito that was healthier and more flavorful. This anti-inflammatory veggie and avocado burrito is the result of my experimentation. It's packed with nutrients and flavor, and it's easy to make. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
