A warm, spicy, and slightly sweet elixir made with ginger, lime, turmeric, black pepper, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. It's perfect for sipping on a cold day or when you're feeling under the weather.
This recipe was inspired by a traditional Indian Ayurvedic drink called kadha, which is made with a variety of spices and herbs to boost immunity and fight off colds and flu. I've adapted the recipe to make it more palatable for Western tastes, using fresh ginger, lime, and honey instead of the more traditional ingredients. The result is a delicious and refreshing drink that's also good for you.
