Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups bone broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat the avocado oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in the bone broth and water and bring to a boil.
