Ingredients
1 cup almond butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the almond butter, honey, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Stir until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
Use a spatula to press the mixture down firmly.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Once chilled, cut the mixture into 12 bars.
Store the bars in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
