The magnesium flakes help to soothe tired muscles, while the lavender and chamomile essential oils promote relaxation. The shea butter and coconut oil nourish and moisturize the skin, leaving it feeling soft and smooth.
I first came up with this recipe after a particularly stressful day. I was feeling tense and achy, and I couldn't seem to relax. I decided to take a bath with some Epsom salts, and I immediately felt better. The magnesium in the salts helped to soothe my muscles, and the warm water helped to relax me. After my bath, I massaged my body with a mixture of shea butter, coconut oil, and lavender essential oil. The combination of the magnesium, the lavender, and the shea butter was incredibly soothing, and I felt much more relaxed and at ease.
