Calming Lavender and Chamomile Eye Mask
This soothing eye mask combines the calming scents of lavender and chamomile with the nourishing properties of coconut oil and honey. It's perfect for winding down after a long day or for relaxing before bed.
The origins of this recipe can be traced back to ancient Egypt, where lavender and chamomile were used for their medicinal and cosmetic properties. Cleopatra herself was said to have used a lavender-infused eye mask to help her relax and sleep. In the Middle Ages, chamomile was often used to treat eye infections and inflammation. Today, this eye mask is still a popular way to relieve stress, improve sleep, and soothe tired eyes.
