Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
2 eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, coconut oil, and eggs.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fill the prepared muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
