Regulating Zucchini Noodles with Roasted Tomatoes and Hormone-Balancing Herbs
Zucchini noodles with roasted tomatoes is a light and refreshing dish that is perfect for a summer meal. The zucchini noodles are spiralized, which gives them a long, thin shape that is similar to traditional pasta noodles. The tomatoes are roasted in the oven until they are soft and caramelized, and they add a burst of sweetness to the dish. The herbs in this recipe help to balance the sweetness of the tomatoes and add a savory flavor to the dish. This recipe is also very easy to make, and it can be ready in under 30 minutes.
