I've always been a fan of carrot and ginger soup, but I wanted to make a version that was even more flavorful and nutritious. I started by adding some onion to the mix, which gives the soup a nice depth of flavor. Then I added some ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon, which give it a warm, spicy flavor. The soup is also a good source of vitamin C, potassium, and fiber.
