Whether you're looking to boost your energy levels, improve your digestion, or simply give your hormones a little TLC, this smoothie is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day.
The inspiration for this smoothie came to me after I spent a few weeks researching the connection between diet and hormones. I was particularly interested in the role that coconut milk could play in balancing hormones, as it is a good source of lauric acid, which has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. I also knew that bananas, berries, and almond butter are all good sources of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, so I decided to combine them all into a smoothie. The result is a delicious and nutritious drink that I believe can help to support hormonal balance.
