Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add the turmeric, ginger, honey, lemon juice, and black pepper. Stir until the honey has dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the coconut oil, if desired.
  4. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
