Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground maca powder
  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, coconut, peanut butter, cacao powder, chia seeds, maca powder, banana, and maple syrup.
  3. Use a fork to mash the banana into the mixture.
  4. Use a spoon or your hands to roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the energy bites on the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
