Cauliflower is a versatile vegetable that can be cooked in a variety of ways. One of our favorite ways to cook it is to roast it with a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper. This simple preparation allows the natural flavors of the cauliflower to shine through. However, we decided to take things up a notch by adding a bit of sriracha sauce to the mix. The result is a dish that is both flavorful and slightly spicy. We also added a bit of chopped fresh cilantro for a bit of freshness. This dish is sure to please everyone at your table.
